Blue-Green Algae

Blue-green algae is another one of natures superfoods that is very affordable herb. Also found at local grocery stores and local healthfood markets. Blue-green algae is grown naturally in Klamath Lake in Oregon and is very popular as a nutrient-rich herb. It has extreme antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory agents. I found immediate results in relief from back and joint pain when taking twice a day. The algae is also loaded with vital nutrients that will send your energy levels through the roof.

Herbs For Better Health

Herbs are a great way to gain health and vitality back into life. Affordable herbs can be found almost anywhere, as close as the local grocery store. Every element in living plants can be found in the human body. When the elements are replaced the body comes back into balance. When your body is chemically balanced, the brain becomes balanced. Considering the mind controls the body's autonomic functions, when it is out of balance the whole body will follow!

The nutrients and chemicals stored in the plants are easily metabolized by the human body. Herbs also contain minerals and salts that help the body resist disease, strengthen tissues, and improve the nervous system.

To begin balancing the body you must have proper vitamins and minerals, a good multiple vitamin must be taken. Even though the labels state 100% of your daily recommended value, the form that it comes in, the body may only be able to take in 50% of it. Therefore a powerful, natural way to gain vitamins, minerals is through cereal grasses.

Alfalfa (Derived from the arab Al-Fal-Fa meaning father of all foods) is the best bang for the buck! It can be found almost anywhere they sell vitamins and is very cheap. The roots of the alfalfa plant burrow deep into the ground to reach minerals that are inaccessible to most other plants. The alfalfa plant is rich in vitamins A, K, E, B, and D. It is very high in protein and contains phosphorous, iron, potassium, chlorine, sodium, silicon, magnesium, and other trace minerals. There are also eight enzymes that enable food to be assimilated better, I suggest taking it with your multi-vitamin, it will greatly increase the absorption of them.
Reported benefits are, aiding stomach ailments, gas pains, ulcerous conditions, pain and stiffness of arthritis, reduction in water retention, and treating cases of narcotic and alcohol addiction.

My personal experience from taking alfalfa is increased endurance with a great feeling of wellness, I have recommended it to many people and all have agreed with the same effect.

Heres to great health!! Theponch
